Your Questions, Answered

  • The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, relevant background information, and any questions you may have. Together, we'll determine whether we're a good fit and create a plan for moving forward. If for any reason moving forward in the therapeutic process doesn’t make sense, I am committed to helping you find someone to meet your needs.

  • For the beginning and active working stages of therapy, I recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions to start. Once rapport has been established and goals are being met, transitioning to less frequency can be helpful. Ultimately, this is a personal decision made collaboratively based on goals, scheduling, and availability.

  • While my exact availability changes with some frequency, my general schedule is:

    Tuesdays, in-person, 9:30-3:00

    Wednesdays, virtual, 9:30-3:30

    Thursdays, virtual, 9:30-3:30

    Fridays, in-person, 9:30-3:00

  • Clients may cancel appointments up to 24 hours before session with no fee. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before session incur a late cancel fee.
