Family Therapy
Family therapy provides a space for adult family members to come together and explore patterns of communication, unresolved conflicts, changing roles, and the impact of past and present experiences on their relationships.
I work with families made up of adults ages 18 and older. Family can include relatives by blood, marriage, adoption, or chosen family members who play a significant role in one another's lives. Family can even be defined as significant friendships in your life. Whether you are navigating conflict, estrangement, caregiving responsibilities, life transitions, grief, boundary-setting, or simply seeking to strengthen your relationships, therapy can offer a supportive environment for honest conversation and deeper understanding.
Together, we will work to improve communication, foster connection, increase empathy, and create healthier ways of relating to one another. Family therapy is not about assigning blame but about understanding the dynamics that shape relationships and identifying paths toward greater trust, healing, and connection.
